GC-UA has started its work. May 20, 2021 is considered the official birthday of the organization, during SiGMA iG Kyiv vol2. networking dinner a statement was made about the establishment and registration of the organization.

The purpose of creating an association is to set up fair and transparent rules of the game in the gaming environment. Our association is an independent association of operators and all participants in the gambling business of Ukraine. The voice of the gambling market must be heard by both government officials and society. The association provides dialogue and interaction between the representatives of the gambling sphere, deals with problem issues, ensures the development of the gambling business, as well as protects the interests of all participants in the organization. We build a dialogue not only with the state and partners within the market, but also with civil society.

Corporate social responsibility of business is one of the priorities of the Association. We have already developed a comprehensive strategy and specific social projects, which we will present together with our team in the near future.

Founders of the Association: Artem Kuzmenko – partner of ETERNA LAW, Chairman of the Gambling Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates Association; Andriy Astapov, Managing Partner of ETERNA LAW, Member of the Expert Advisory Council of the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission of Ukraine; Eman Pulis Founder of SiGMA Group and Denis Dzyubenko Director of CIS SiGMA Group, member of the Expert Advisory Council of the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission of Ukraine.

We are open to dialogue and cooperation with all market participants, media representatives and other stakeholders. Only unification will allow us to develop and ensure fair and transparent rules for the functioning of the gambling market in Ukraine.
